A Chartered Accountant by qualification, he has extensive experience in urban reforms, capacity building projects funded by The World Bank, DFID, ADB in India, and Afghanistan. Having worked closely with a number of government agencies and urban local bodies across a host of infrastructure projects, his core areas of expertise include bid preparation, Financial & Economic analysis through modeling project development and monitoring, capacity building and training, bid appraisals, and contract management.
He topped All India by scoring 100% marks in Mathematics and scored highest marks in accountancy. He has prior experience of working with the BIG 4 accounting organization like “Ernst &Young (P) Ltd”, as Sr .Project Consultant –Government Advisory (Infrastructure, Real estate and Government Accounting). He along with JR Monga has authored book entitled “HAND ON APPROACH TO ACCOUNTING STANDARDS” for IPCC students.
He has been visiting faculty member for Taxation and Quantitative Ability at "Guru Nanak Institute of Management", for the courses of "Post Graduate Diploma in Management" and "Master of Computer Applications"
